I built a booking website for guests at yhotel.vn and a management dashboard for the front desk and managers. Both share the same data and cover everything from room search and payment to check-in/out, refunds, and revenue reporting.

The problem
Y Hotel in Cần Thơ took reservations by phone, chat, and spreadsheets across two branches. That meant a real risk of double-booking, no single record of payments, room occupancy tracked by hand, and no way for international guests to book on their own outside office hours.
What I built
Two connected apps. For guests: a booking website to browse rooms by branch, see live availability, book one or several rooms, apply vouchers, and pay by bank QR, card, or at the hotel — in Vietnamese, English, or Chinese. For staff: a management dashboard with a room map, check-in board, payment tracking, refund approvals, revenue reports, and a blog editor — each person's access tied to their role and branch.
