PETID Vietnam
A digital identity platform for pets.
PetID Vietnam (petid.vn) is my own pet-tech product, currently being completed for public launch. Its strongest parts today: a QR identity anyone can scan without installing an app, a community flow for finding lost pets, and dashboards for clinic and shop partners. Online payments and push notifications are still on the to-do list.

Business outcomes
The problem
Urban pet parents in Vietnam still rely on paper vaccine books and scattered chat photos. When a pet goes missing, there is no reliable way for a finder to reach the owner without an expensive GPS collar. Clinics and pet shops also lack a shared digital record — so care history and lost-pet alerts stay fragmented.
What I built
I'm building a set of apps that work together: a mobile app for pet owners, a public website, and separate dashboards for admins, vet clinics, and pet shops. Already built: a QR tag that opens the pet's profile when scanned (no app or login needed, and owners choose what's visible), health and vaccination records, a lost-pet map where the community can report sightings, a social feed for pet moments, and an online pet shop with cash-on-delivery checkout.

- Clinics and shops have their own dashboards and manage their own staff access
- The shop currently takes cash-on-delivery orders; online payments (VNPay/MoMo) come next
PETID is not presented as a completed client success story. It is my own product — and a practical example of how I think about product design and long-term platform building.
