The problem
Running a lending business usually means spreadsheets at every branch, approvals over email, paper contracts, and reports put together by hand. Nobody could follow a loan from start to finish in one place, approvals were hard to trace, and interest figures could differ between teams.
What I built
One internal system where the credit, accounting, and branch teams work together — from receiving a loan application and approving it, to paying out the money, tracking repayments, following up on late payments, and producing reports. Interest, overdue status, and payment reminders are handled automatically in the background.
